Timothy Reese, Apartments Hall Director

Hello! My name is Timothy Reese and I am excited to join the Residence Life team at Xavier! I have spent the last three years working as a Hall Director at Tennessee Tech University, with prior experience working at an international boarding school for high school students in northern Wisconsin, my home state. I hold a Bachelor's degree in History Secondary Education from Toccoa Falls College, and am currently working on my MA in History from the University of Memphis. I am an avid sports fan and also love playing various sports, including soccer, basketball, Spikeball, and disc golf. Music is also a passion of mine, and I listen to a wide variety of genres and love getting a chance to see live musicians perform, in large and small settings. I also play the drums, sing, and am currently learning electric guitar. I enjoy strong coffee, craft beer, good food, and great conversations.

Anderson Reeves, Brockman Hall Director

Hello! My name is Anderson Reeves, and I am thrilled to be joining the Xavier community as a Hall Director. I am coming to Xavier after nearly seven years at Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY, where, in that time, I received my B.A. in Arts Administration with a Music Emphasis in 2020, and my M.Ed. in Higher Education Leadership and Social Justice in 2022. Also in that time, I worked for three years in Housing and Residence Life as a resident assistant, and, most recently, as the Assistant Director of Campus Ministry. I am excited to be returning to my first student affairs love through my new role at XU! In my spare time, I enjoy composing music, spending time outdoors, reading new fiction, and spending time in the company of friends, new and old.

Mickey McIntyre, Buenger Hall Director

Hello! My name is Mickey and I am super excited to be working in Residence Life here at Xavier! I feel honored to be able to serve as Buenger Hall Director while fulfilling my duties as a graduate student in the I-O Psychology master's program here. For a little bit about myself, I grew up in Warren, Ohio, and got my bachelor's degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Mount Union, where I also served as a Resident Assistant for three years. I was drawn to Xavier due to its core Jesuit values of prioritizing the needs of each individual, and I anticipate living out that mission through my work as hall director.

Tim Griffin is originally from Cincinnati and returned home in 2020 after spending ten years living and working in Chicago. He received his BA in History up the road at Ohio State University and a MEd in Higher Education from fellow Jesuit institution Loyola University Chicago. Lori (Bert) Lambert, Senior Director of Student Affairs

Lori, or Bert as she is known by most on campus, has lived all over the east coast/Midwest before settling in Cincinnati. Her love for Residence Life started as an RA at Keene State College in New Hampshire as an undergraduate psychology major, with a management minor. Graduate school at Shippensburg University furthered her passion for working with students and even though she was a psychology major, she continued her work as a Graduate Residence Director out of the Dean of Students Office. Bert found her way to Cincinnati and Xavier as the Husman Hall Director and figured she would be there for two years and gone, 32 years (and a few promotions) later she considers Xavier and Cincinnati home. Bert enjoys yard work, biking, watching sporting events, and the museums in Cincinnati.
